Vintage New York Postcards
Last weekend I went hunting around some of the antique stores in Kansas City's West Bottoms, and I discovered this set of vintage postcards from somebody's trip to New York City in 1946. It's pretty fantastic to see some of these scenes of places I passed by often during my summer there five years ago. One of the churches featured on here, the Church of St. John the Divine, was at the end of the street I lived on in the Morningside Heights neighborhood.

Tricycle Transit Pedicab Shirts
Three of my best friends, Jay, Dave, and Mitch started a pedicab company, Tricyle Transit, in 2010 and it's been exciting to watch it grow. In addition to riding the bikes for them they also asked me to put together a design for t-shirts that could promote pedicabs and Kansas City. I came up with a few different options, but we all settled on this one with the pedicab silhouette and the KC skyline in the background. I liked the idea of side lettering on this one for the phrase "KC Pedal Power." We had these printed last week, and they're now available for $20 a piece. Let me know if you're interested in getting one!
